• What does Merchpin do?

    Merchpin is a self-service merchandising platform that lets you put your products anywhere — your website, your blog, and Facebook — quickly and easily.

  • What are Targeting Rules?

    Merchpin allows you to create rules that control what products to show, when. You can control the criteria that Merchpin uses to decide which products to display on any given page.

    For example, you may want to match up products from a category in your store to certain keywords on a web page; or, you may want to match a web page's URL and display products in a specific price range.

    Merchpin's rules are flexible and easy to setup using our 3-step wizard, and allow you to effectively merchandize your products across the web.

  • How do I load my Products?

    Merchpin automatically syncs products from popular shopping cart and E-commerce solutions. We support Shopify, Magento, Big Cartel, Etsy, BigCommerce, and Amazon.

    Also, Merchpin works with any file or product feed. If you already have a feed for popular price-comparison shopping engines (like Google, Shopzilla, etc), you're ready to use Merchpin.

    Once you've told Merchpin where to find your products — you're done. Merchpin automatically keeps your product data in sync. So, any changes to your store — new products, inventory changes, pricing, and promotions — are always available in Merchpin.

  • How do I publish my Products?

    Merchpin automatically publishes your products to Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, TypePad, and Blogger services.

    We also offer plugins for popular content management systems, like Drupal and Wordpress.

  • Can I customize the design to match my (brand, style, taste?)

    Yes. Merchpin Studio, our theme designer interface, allows you to change the colors, images and typography for product display to match your brand or style.

    Create and save different themes for different product placements: seasonal campaigns, match affiliates and publisher sites, change sizes to fit mobile and tablets, and more.

  • Does this work with Facebook?

    Yes. Merchpin's Facebook application allows you to easily merchandize product from a tab on your Facebook page.

    Facebook Stores are available on our Professional and Enterprise Plans.

  • How does the 30-day free trial work?

    If you cancel your account within 30 days of signing up, your credit card will not be billed. You can cancel at any time.

  • What if I go over my plan limits?

    If you exceed your plan limits, you'll receive a polite email from us asking you to upgrade. That's it.

    Your products will continue to be merchandized, your account will remain accessible, and all your data will still be available to you.

  • Can I change my plan?

    Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

  • Is there a minimum commitment?

    No. Merchpin is a month-to-month service. There is no contract or long term obligation. You'll be billed on a monthly basis, and you can cancel at anytime.
